Tom Duffy, Vice President and co-owner of Commercial Air, Inc., has been involved in the HVAC industry for twenty years. Tom has a degree in Construction Administration from the UW-Madison. He is responsible for assessing the HVAC needs of the customer and determining the type, size and design that is most suitable for the job.
Commercial Air, Inc. is a union shop. All our Steamfitter and Sheet Metal journeymen have completed a five-year-apprenticeship program as required by the unions. All apprentices must successfully complete at least 500 hours of union approved course material at an appropriate Technical College as well as five years of on-job training.
Our technicians are all universally certified for the handling of ozone-depleting refrigerants in Wisconsin, and several are members of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society. All technicians are involved in continuing education classes.
